Bread Pudding

The experimental bread pudding with french baguette.  I was too hungry (as you can see a piece already gone in the picture) and didn't have the patience to make the bourbon sauce. Am sure this will make for a good brunch menu someday. I added a couple of cranberries to the receipe (Just becos I saw them when I reached out for the raisins). hmm.. I soaked the raisins in bourbon for abt 15 mins (not overnite as the receipe mentions) but it worked out alrite.Altogether this made for a quick, easy and delicious bread pudding. :)
